It will lead to unlawful stops. It won't Even some liberals will say it will lead us to become NAZI Germany. And while reading the article, you have admit that the authors of the article, are complete idiots. He puts his opinion into article and substituted his thoughts for Gov. Gibbons. He really is unprofessional as a writer and as a journalist.
But to all the liberals out there, we already have a plan in place in Las Vegas to identify illegals. If a person is arrested and brought to the Clark County jail, there are officers who are trained to identify illegals. They have been deputized by ICE and they can find out if an inmate is here in the country illegally and then report the inmate to ICE for possible deportation. I am sure some racial profiling goes on along with checking people with accents.
This is basically the same thing that is going on in Arizona.
