Pretty Cool Elvis Show

I was watching PBS for about the third time this year and saw a show with Elvis. What made this different was that it showed the old Elvis playing with a band of today, using, I guess, a green screen. It showed the band, from the 70's I guess, and today.
There are great shows in Vegas with famous singers and musicians as a headliners. What people don't realize is that there are a lot of talented musicians and singers that back up the singer and it is tough competition to get on those shows. While some shows pay good money, others don't and the musicians have to take second gigs or other odd jobs.
So, if you come to Vegas and see a show, please appreciate the back up singers and musicians. They work their butt off for little money while the headliner gets the applause.
Just a quick question: If they can have a Liberace museum in Vegas, why don't they have a Elvis museum in Vegas?
And here imy favorite Elvis song:

  1. There used to be an Elvis museum in Las Vegas (I believe it was called the Elvis-A-Rama Museum or something like that). There were grand plans to open an Elvis-themed hotel casino resort on the Strip, but that idea died when the economy dried up. I don't remember the details, but I think the closing of the museum may have had something to do with the plans for the hotel casino (the development company may have bought up the collection).
