Dr. Dipak Desai: P.O.S. And The drug Company Is To Blame?

Today, the LVRJ writes a devastating article regarding the doctor at the middle of the Hepatitis C infection scandal. This is one of the biggest malpractice cases in U.S. history. The article shows how greedy this alleged doctor was and how he skimped every time he could.

My question is this: Since it appears that Desai is such a greedy scum bag and the real cause of the hepatitis scandal, why is a drug company that had minimal part of the case be required to pay over $500 million to 1 victim and Desai pays a couple thousand because of supposed malpractice?
It just confirms my belief that the jurors on the drug company case were brain dead and the judge was corrupt.

  1. Deshit's plan is to put the insurance between him and the poor innocent people he infected. To this day there is no justice but he is FREE...while the rest of us suffer because of his negligence. There is more to this case then the numbers that have been thrown around which is a ploy to stimulate misinformation.....trust me the people have not received a dime as it is locked up in Federal Bankrupcy Court...very sad indeed especially when a broke Deshit can still afford 1 Million dollars to post bail while good people lose their homes and their life slips away....ANGRY IN VEGAS

  2. I totally agree with you. Desai is corrupt and is playing the system. My only hope is that he spends time in prison. If he is found not competent, that he spends time in a mental institution until he is competent.
    Thanks for stopping by.
