Reid wants Escrow Account From BP. Who Is Going To Run It?

If legal, who would run the escrow account? The government? That's laughable because the money would be good as stolen. BP? A little better since it is their money and they are responsible for the crisis, along with the other companies that operated the drilling rig. But I wouldn't trust them to make timely payments and make things hard for people to file for claims.
So, who oversee the fund. I don't know of a specific person, but whoever it is has to be one of the most ethical people on earth and is impartial. It's a job that even God would find difficult.
So, no government, no BP but yes to a very ethical person.
