Sharon Angle Wins U.S. Senate Primary

Sharon Angle won the GOP primary to get a chance to kick Harry Reid's butt to retirement. Angle, who only a few weeks ago was polling in middle single digits, dominated the primary, getting almost 40% of the vote while Sue Lowden got 26% and Danny Tarkanian 23%. It's easy to understand why Angle won. She ran a positive campaign. Lowden and Tarkanian did not. Lowden sounded like a bitter old battle axe and we already have a bitter old battle axe in the form of Harry Reid.
Tarkanian ran a good campaign, mostly positive, but fired the negative first shot, but his campaign just never took off.
Can Angle beat Reid. Absolutely. If the economy does not improve, Harry will be gone and Angle will be the next Nevada U.S. Senator. If economy stays bad in Las Vegas and unemployment remains around 10%, a blind ADD chimpanzee could beat Reid. Even among Democrats, Harry Reid only got 75% of the vote, which cannot be a good sign for Reid.
So, congratulations to Sharron Angle and grow a very thick skin. The Sun will come out and lie about you, liberal bloggers will defame you and Harry Reid will do both.

  1. I plan on boycotting vegas and Nevada if a conservative wins ANY office. Especially the crazy ones that are currently running. I have spent thousands of dollars there. But not anymore. Wake up VEGAS wake UP AMERICA!
