Las Vegas Sun, Racist And Now Are Bigots

The Las Vegas Sun continues to employ the ever popular but equally racist, Jon Ralston. Clearly, the Sun knows he is a racist by his rants against Brian Sandoval and his belief that every Hispanic needs to act and think alike, in accords with the liberal plantation owners, the Las Vegas Sun.
But now, with all the recent news articles about Sharron Angle and her religious beliefs, we are now seeing the bigotry of religion by the Las Vegas Sun. Bigotry of conservative religion.
The latest article about Angle and her religion is written by blogger (or is it journalist?) Anjeanette Damon with the title: "Sharron Angle’s views rooted in biblical law"
In the article, she comes forth with the idea that Angle is using her religious views as her guide in the U.S. Senate race against Harry Reid. Ok, so what? Just about every politician does it, including Harry Reid, who is a Mormon.
In her latest blog (or article- can never tell the difference) she says this: "When Republican Senate candidate Sharron Angle told a Christian news interviewer this year that “entitlement programs (are) built to make government our God,” she voiced a central tenet of Christian Reconstructionism, according to academics who study the movement.
Christian Reconstructionism is a political-religious movement formed in the 1960s and ’70s that seeks to return American society to the rule of biblical law. Any attempt to expand government beyond the dictates in the Old Testament — for example, by establishing Social Security benefits, education policy or property taxes — turns government into a false idol, reconstructionists believe.

So, Damon is out to show that Angle is some kind of fruit cake because she believes in this. Oh, wait, Angle doesn't believe in Christian Reconstructionism: Angle’s campaign has largely refused to comment on her religious beliefs. Spokesman Jarrod Agen said he wasn’t familiar with Christian Reconstructionism or Rushdoony.
But he said Americans are frustrated by the omnipotence of the federal government.
Only the supreme arrogance of Sen. Reid would believe that he has a divine right to rule over mere mortals by ramming through Obamacare (and) billions in reckless spending,” Agen said.
“The fact is, Reid has acted like he’s all-powerful and accountable to no one. People are frustrated because, like Sharron, they understand Washington has become a giant, unseen, omnipotent force whose presence is felt in all our lives, whether we like it or not.”

I guess the truth about some means little to Damon if it gets in a good dig at Sharron Angle. Yes, she is a conservative, yes, she uses her religion to guide her, just like everyone else, but Damon says it as fact that Angle is a believer of Christian Reconstructism and does it as a negative. And to me and most people, that is religious bigotry.
