And Dogs Everywhere In The World Rejoiced...

This past week, dog abuser Michael Vick suffered several broken ribs during a game against the Washington Redskins.
From Philly.com: Eagles quarterback Michael Vick expects to miss one to two weeks with painful cartilage damage to his ribs, but he can't be sure of the time frame.
"Maybe a week, maybe two weeks. Usually I’m a fast healer, so we’ll have to see," Vick said tonight in a radio interview on WXTG Radio 102.1's The Game and The Bruce Smith Show, out of Virginia Beach. Vick added, "it won't be no more than two weeks, hopefully. Hopefully."
What's clear is that Vick will miss this week's game at San Francisco at least, and likely an Oct. 17 home game against Atlanta. The "hopefully" indicates that Vick's timetable might be on the aggressive side for an injury widely described as extremely painful and limiting. He could hardly move after Sunday's game.
ESPN analyst Merril Hoge said cartilage damage is more painful than a broken rib.
"Just the ability to move your body is troublesome," Hoge said on ESPN's NFL Live. He said it would take Vick a minimum of two weeks before he can "even think about" coming back and playingRead more:
