Ed Schultz VS Glenn Beck: Beck TKO's Schultz

In a war of Washington D.C. rallies, Glen Beck completely KO's Ed Schultz in terms of attendance and of course, substance.

From Yahoo News: "Organizers claimed they had as many participants as Beck's rally. But Saturday's crowds were less dense and didn't reach as far to the edges as they did during Beck's rally. The National Park Service stopped providing official crowd estimates in the 1990s."

If you look at some of the pictures of the "rally" of Schultz, it looks more like a bunch of visitors out for a picnic instead of protesters. Maybe 50,000 or so? On the bright for Schultz. He got more people to the rally than the 150 people he gets for his TV show.

  1. I was in D.C. for BOTH Rallys and there were WAY more yesterday. We just do not like sitting on top of each other. people were all the way back to the Washington Monument. Not only were there more people, the demographics of those present were much more representative of this country than were at Beck's.

  2. I have to say if even liberal media outfits say there were not as many people, I tend to believe them. Further, people estimated what the Beck crowd was and no media outlet esticmated what the liberal rally drew, which makes me to believe that there were fewer than Becks.
As far as demographics, you are probably correct, especially since there were over 400 organizations involved- from illegal immigrants, to union, to socialists to other groups. So, yes, you probably had a more demographic crowd.

  3. Ed couldnt carry Mr Becks Jock. Liberals. What a Joke. If you wish to lie to yourselves and claim that there was just as many at Eds rally as there were at becks. Fine. Its obviously not true and speaks to the character of liberals in general. Hey! November is right around the corner. Grab your tissue because you libs are about to take a beat down at the polls.
