From The Las Vegas Sun: The Republican National Committee recently mailed an estimated 200,000 absentee ballot request forms into Clark County – but a warning on the form instructs people who have never voted in “Washoe County” that they can only use the mail ballot under strict circumstances.
Once the error was discovered, the RNC folks checked with Clark County Registrar Larry Lomax, who told them the ballots could still be used. They then funded a robocall from ex-GOP Gov. Bob List:

Many people will think they cannot use this ballot.
What a bunch of dolts in the GOP party. This mistake may cause some people not to vote because thought they have the wrong ballots.
On a side note, a called on the Heidi Harris show on Tuesday pointed this out to her, but she blew the called off because she didn't know what the caller was talking about. So, Harris, if she followed through, would have had the scoop.
