O.J. Simpson better get used to his cell and cellmates as the Nevada Supreme really slapped down Simpson today. From the Sun: In a one sentence decision, the Nevada Supreme Court on Wednesday denied the petition of former football great O.J. Simpson to rehear his case.
The court last October rejected the appeal of Simpson, who was convicted of 11 counts in taking items from memorabilia dealers in a Las Vegas hotel room in September 2007. He was sentenced to a maximum of 33 years in prison with the possibility of parole after nine years.

Actually, they could have made it a one word ruling. NO!!!
O.J.'s only hope is in the Federal courts and that pig ain't going to fly.
Looks like O.J. will be staying in prison in Lovelock for at least the next 9 years.
