And They Called The Cops For This?

From the Wisconsin Rapids Tribune: At 6:27 p.m. Sunday, an officer reported someone had put up all the windshield wipers in a parking lot in the 4300 block of Eighth Street South.  http://www.wisconsinrapidstribune.com/viewart/20121008/WRT01/310080278/Monday-s-police-log-Officer-reports-windshield-wipers-standing-end?odyssey=tab|topnews|text|FRONTPAGE
That sounds like something I would have done when I was a kid, and noone would ever call the cops for that.
When i was a kid, I used to be pretty bad.  I would throw snowballs at cars, get magazines and would mail in the bill you later magazine subscriptions, when TV commercials would have cash on delivery options, we would order banana and orange trees to our friends and they would have to refuse the order, sent a moving company to a friends house, put for sale signs up in front of different houses, businesses and schools, egg houses, the flaming doggy pooh trick and other stupid stuff.  I would also get into some physical fights where I would win some and lose some fights.
But no one ever called the cops (except for the one time we ht the cop car with a snowball).  Now days, if my kids did half the things we did as kids, they would end up in juvenile hall.
So, to who ever put up all the wind shield wipers in the parking lot, congratulations, that was pretty good.
