From Fox News:
Republican presidential candidate Ben Carson suggested Sunday that a Muslim should not be president, extending the new and unexpected religion debate on the 2016 campaign trail.
“I would not advocate that we put a Muslim in charge of this nation,” Carson, a Christian and retired neurosurgeon, said on NBC’s “Meet the Press.” “I absolutely would not agree with that.”
Carson, a top-tier 2016 candidate and popular among the GOP’s evangelical wing, made the statement after fellow Republican candidate Donald Trump was addressed by a man during a rally Thursday in New Hampshire who said President Obama is a Muslim. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2015/09/20/carson-suggests-muslim-should-not-be-elected-president/?intcmp=hplnws
First, so few muslims in this country have really never condemned terrorism by muslim terrorists. Stop 1 is at CAIR, where, while they say they don't support terrorism, their actions speak louder.
2nd, While Obama may not officially muslim, he certainly rules like a muslim dictator. he pretty much hates Israel, refuses to call muslim terrorism, terrorism and he supports muslim extremism at almost opportunity.
Finally, you have a member of House of Representatives, Keith Ellison, a democrat, who has sided with muslims and muslim terrorists at every opportunity he could. This moron is more of a traitor than Benedict Arnold to the United States and it's allies.
So, Carson is right, a Muslim cannot be elected president of the U.S. at this time.
Maybe when muslim terrorism stops, then maybe we can readdress the issue.
