Well, another Packer Sunday came and went. The Packers were less than impressive. While the Packers won, their red zone offense was pathetic. It seemed they were just happy with field goals, after the first quarter. (Ok, I have a conflict of interest: Every time the Packers score a touchdown, at the Rumrunner Bar on Boulder Hwy., you get a free drink, limit 1 per quarter. Packers didn't score a touchdown after the first quarter, so I actually had to buy a drink)
But I digress, the game was quite boring and the Lions really, really suck.
Locals should really go out and support your local bar and grill and those who come to Vegas to visit, please consider going to the local bars to watch the games. Sure, the Strip may have more TV's and a place to put your bets, but they are large and basically unfriendly and distracting. Just remember, Las Vegas is on PST, which means the early games start at 10:00 AM, which is quite early.
