Watched Top Chef: Las Vegas tonight and it was nice to see a Milwaukee chef make it on the show. Paul Bartolotta who has a big restaurant at the Wynn and he was featured in the first challenge. They also pronounce his name differently in Vegas than in Milwaukee.
They also sent Michael home tonight. Kind of surprising, but they were cooking vegetarian food and it all looked terrible.
I'd rather a person who can cook steak well and a terrible vegetarian meal than cook a who can cook a vegetarian meal and not a steak or other cuts of meat.
