The NBA referees are locked for the exhibition season and possibly the regular season. Who cares? They make WWE referees look like professionals. They couldn't figure out a travelling or 3 second violation if it bit them in the ass.
I think the NFL has the best Refs, followed closely by baseball and hockey. The NBA, on the other hand, give the stars a break, don't call charging or traveling fouls, and basically don't make calls at all.
Now, I know the NBA makes the decisions on what is to be called or not, but the ref's make the final call, so to speak.
So, I realize the ref's will be back, but hopefully not until next July.
