This Is Why God Invented Las Vegas

Today, the high temperature was about 75 with lows in the 50's. No humidity and little wind.
The temps wil be like this for the next several months.
For those who like cold weather, up in Mount Charleston, about a 45 minute drive from Vegas, it got down to 29 this morning.
People think that Las Vegas is all desert. It isn't. When you go up to Mount Charleston, it is like going back to Wisconsin. It can get cold, below zero in January and they can gets lot's of snow. The snow stayed up in the mountains until June of this year and they got in excess of 150 inches of snow this past winter.
The only problem, is there are so many people who live in Vegas and who have never seen snow, so they go up to Mount Charleston, not knowing how to drive in snow to see snow and it causes a lot of problems. Cars going 3 mph in a 1 inch snowfall is a pain in the ass.
