I like Country music. Not so much the new stuff, but country oldies. It is the best station in Las Vegas for country oldies and it is located at AM 790.
I think the call letters are KBET but I am not sure. They never run any station promos and they never say who they are.
Further, they don't have any advertisements. NPR has more advertising in 2 hours than AM 790. All they do is run some PSA's.
So, how do they stay in business? Is the owner some rich guy who loves country oldies? Maybe they are being used to launder money? Who knows? But all I know is they play good music with no advertising.
