More Problems With Kyle Busch

Kyle Busch has had rough month or so in NASCAR and in his personal life.
At Darlington, he was attacked by Kevin Harvick while stuck in his car because of on track incidents.
Then he go caught going 83 MPH over the speed limit.
Then he gets the crap beat out of him by an elderly car owner, Richard Childress because Busch bumped one of Childress's trucks in last week's truck race.
Now, today, Busch competed in the Pocono 500 and finished in 3rd place. Maybe. His car failed a post race inspection and will be examined further.
From ESPN: Kyle Busch and his No. 18 Sprint Cup team face potential penalties after his car failed inspection following Sunday's Sprint Cup race at Pocono Raceway.
NASCAR officials said the front left was too low on the Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota. Crew chief Dave Rogers said the car was 1/16th of an inch outside the tolerances already allowed by the governing body.
Because the car passed pre-race inspection Rogers speculated the violation was the result of a broken part.
Because NASCAR doesn't typically differentiate whether the violation was intentional or unintentional, Busch faces a potential fine, points deduction or both. He currently is fifth in points, 25 behind leader Carl Edwards who lost his big lead after an engine failure left him 37th at the 2.5-mile track.
Rogers said it was a "huge surprise'' when NASCAR informed him the car failed and would be taken to the Research and Development Center in Concord, N.C., for further evaluation.
"It's disappointing," Rogers said. "I can't tell you a whole lot right now. We sit on bump stops in these race cars. Your springs often don't damage. We were struggling all weekend and we went back to what we raced last spring when we finished second.

If there was a problem with the settings in Busch's car, there will be severe penalties with fines, suspensions for the crew chief and loss of points for the owner and driver.

All in all, it was a bad couple of weeks for Busch and the M&M's race team, though in terms of reality, most people would love to be in Kyle Busch's shoes- millionaire, race car driver, newly married etc. It's not the end of the world for him but it will hurt other people, like his crew, his sponsor and some of his fans.
