One of these days/years, I m going buy or make one of these things- a Turducken.
And for those who don't know, a Turducken is a chicken stuffed a duck which is stuffed into a turkey. This could make a good main course and a lot of sandwich meat for the next month.
We made one of those a few years ago, and it truly was awesome. I highly recommend it - you can order them on line, and they're actually really easy. The best part? No bones to deal with. It's like carving a roast.
