Nye County judge, Kimberly Wanker, one of the worst judges in the State of Nevada, is getting a challenger in the Fall election.
Nancy Lord has decided to take on the corrupt and pathetic judge.
Nancy Lord has been a lawyer in Pahrump for 15 years, went to school at prestigious Georgetown University and oh by the way, she also is a doctor and surgeon(non-practicing). This makes her uniquely qualified and one of the most qualified judicial candidates, not only in Nye County, but the rest of the State as well.
She is also qualified to bring a case before the U.S. Supreme Court- not many lawyers can claim that honor.

ReplyDeleteYes, she is completely out of control and needs to be removed from the bench. All she wants to do is sit on the bench and put on a theatrical performance and no consideration of the work the attorneys do to prepare the case. By all means, do not vote for Wanker!

What other judge talks about herself during the actual proceeding? Crazy.

I know for a fact she is liar, just telling stories to snoop on people. She is a just a power tripping bitch that needs her ass knocked down a notch or two. Don't know who you think you are, you ain't gonna change this corrupt town. You should just leave here because your not liked or wanted around here.
I wonder if any of Wanker's cases from 2011-2017 have been reviewed. Lots of her rulings, resulted in unfair, harsh and extreme punishments way over the top for many residents that have gone before her. She refuses science as fact, believes things like Marinol is a better alternative to whole plant medicine. Folk whom have gotten probation have lost ability to treat ailments due to this and have wound up suffering while they go through the probation ordeal thanks to her.
ReplyDeleteWanker was bias and didn't care that I had hard evidence proving i was not in the state at the time of the crime and sentenced me to 19 to 48 after her house was broke into she wouldn't even hear my side i was given an unfair trial

Do NOT use Avelar Xpress Tractor Sand and Gravel for ANY services ! This man has multiple domestic violence charges, multiple DUI arrests, and he has failed a drug test in Nye county while he has a valid CDL ! All corrupt ! A huge conflict of interest in the court system ! The criminals get the rights ! Never in over 20 years have I seen such disgrace and misuse of the criminal and family ���� court system !
ReplyDeleteMr. Neeley has apologized after going through the trauma of these court proceedings, the court made a clerical error and it may cost me my children ! And still I have not received a corrected court order even after a public apology.
DeleteJudge Wanker is not only corrupt, but obviously bought and paid for. Or so it seems in the Damon Michael Port case. You may remember his name from the news in Jan 2017. He was arrested for posession of stolen property, possession of mail, tax doc's and personal info for 27 different residents! He was already on a "stay out of trouble" clause from oct. 2016. He has a lengthy criminal history. And most recently he walked on all identity theft charges and was charged with (2)counts of possession of dangerous drug w/o a Rx. For that he was sentenced on May 19, 2018 to 3 yrs probation w/special conditions, (2)consecutive sentences of 364 days, drug court and restitution. THE VERY NEXT DAY HE ASSAULTED HIS EX-WIFE'S HUSBAND AT IAN DEUTCH PARK, breaking his nose! This, during a SUPERVISED visit with his kids. Of which the "SUPERVISOR" of visits, his father, had left the kids and damon at the park UNSUPERVISED. Yet Damon Port was not arrested at the park that day. He was not arrested when reporting to drug court any time after. His probation officer says it is up to the d.a. to arrest him. The d.a. says it's up to his probation officer to arrest him. I say the judge who sentenced him on May 19, who see's him in drug court every mon and fri should have already sent his ass to prison. The first run in with the law he is to be remanded to serve his sentence she said in the case summary notes of sentencing. BUt he is STILL WALKING THE STREETS TERRORIZING THE COMMUNITY, HIS EX AND THEIR CHILDREN AND HIS NEPHEWS WHO ARE UNFORTUNATELY LIVING UNDER THE SAME ROOF. BECAUSE WANKER IS THE FAMILY COURT JUDGE WHO GAVE PAUL PORT GUARDIANSHIP OVER THE 2 BOYS WHOSE MOM IS IN PRISON FOR ROBBING A FIREWORK STORE WHILE PREGNANT WITH THE YOUNGEST!!ANYONE ELSE WOULD OF BEEN SENT UP THE RIVER ALREADY. SO WHAT GIVES. THIS GUY IS BAD NEWS AND A DANGER TO SOCIETY AND HIS OWN FAMILY. SO KIMBERLY WANKER SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR EVERYTHING HE DOES WHILE WALKING FREE!
