Villanova must hate the State of Wisconsin.  First, the Marquette Warriors defeated Villanova who were #1 at the time and undefeated earlier this year in mens college basketball.
And just now, the Wisconsin Badgers, my alma mater, defeated the Wildcats, who were the #1 seed in the entire tournament, 65-62.
From Madison.com: Left for dead six days ago – and maybe even in the second half Saturday afternoon – the University of Wisconsin men’s basketball team is very much alive in the NCAA tournament.
Senior forward Nigel Hayes scored 19 points and made the go-ahead basket late in the game, lifting the Badgers into the Sweet 16 for the sixth time in seven seasons with a 65-62 victory over Villanova at the KeyBank Center.Senior point guard Bronson Koenig added 17 points help UW (27-9), the No. 8 seed in the East region, pull off the upset. The Badgers will play either Florida or Virginia on Friday at Madison Square Garden in New York.
Don't know who they play or even care.  The Badgers are an NCAA tournament big boy and to bet against them is stupid.  This is the 4th year in a row they are advancing to the Sweet 16.
Go Badgers.
