If global warming/climate change is such an emergency and we all should take drastic steps to reduce our carbon use, why is President Obama and his entourage taking 9 jet planes to India?
In 10 days, President Obama will have more pollutants/CO2 than I would have used in my life time and probably my kids and my eventual grandkids will have ever used.
Even if the closure is for six minutes, one has to take into account the sheer number of aircraft in Obamas entourage, said an airport official. Tell you what, if President Obama reduces his carbon foot print by say 75% (which will still give him plenty of time to travel) I'll start to reduce mine.
