The Las Vegas Sun Pathetic Comments Policy

The Las Vegas Sun has a very strange and sick reader's comment policy.
Apparently, if you are dealing with a tragedy like the fire in Pahrump that killed 3 children and their babysitter yesterday, they can politicize the deaths of the three kids and adult. Mred wrote this on the tragedy:
We need government to inspect child care facilities, but no, the Governor wants cuts.

Apparently, this piece of shit and deranged thug didn't know that the children died in their own home.
The Sun has a trusted commentator section, which is a laugh. The trusted commentator section allows the Sun to put the comments of these trusted commentators on the page of the article and you are supposed to give up your identity to do this, but the Sun hides the identities of many liberal commentators, but not conservatives.
If a person is murdered or killed in a car accident, they allow kinds of hurtful statements. If a person is arrested for a crime, they will allow the person's reputation to be destroyed, even if the person is innocent. If you want to compare our Governor to Hitler, go ahead, no problem.
But, if you want to comment on a column the Las Vegas Sun's editor and publisher, Brian "The Coward" Greenspun writes, you are not able to do so because he doesn't allow people to comment on his commentaries. Apparently, he doesn't want look like the fool and less than intelligent human being.
So, go ahead, trash someone's reputation, except if it is Brian "the Coward" Greenspun. And if you are a liberal, you can get the trusted commentator award and still be anonymous, despite what the rules say.
