Great Weekend Of Wisconsin Sports (And Las Vegas)

Being a Las Vegas Badger means you have two states to cheer for. This week has been exceptional for both Wisconsin and Las Vegas.
For Wisconsin: The 6th ranked Wisconsin Badgers defeated Northern Illinois, 49-7.
The Milwaukee Brewers swept the Cincinnati Reds this weekend, including 8-1 today. Their magic number is now 4, for them to win their first legitimate divisional title ever.
The Green Bay Packers defeated the Carolina Panthers, 30-23.
Matt Kenseth and Paul Mendard, both Wisconsin natives, are starting 1st and 2nd in the NASCAR Sprint Chicagoland race, with Kenseth on the pole The race is currently delayed by rain.

For Las Vegas, the UNLV Running Rebels upset Hawaii, 40-20, in a win that may help turn around their football program.
Las Vegas's own thug, Lloyd Maryweather, defeated Victor Ortiz in a big boxing match yesterday.

So, it's been a nice weekend for sports for me and those of us who are from Wisconsin and now living in the Las Vegas area.
