Stupid Joe Biden At It Again

Liberals always have said that Dan Quayle was stupid. However,Joe Biden is in a class of his own, when it comes to stupidity, far more stupid than Quayle ever was. Biden is almost in the Crybaby Harry Reid category of stupidity, but I don't think anyone is as stupid as Reid is, though.
