Maybe it's time to have another career non-politican in the White House and it may happen.
Herman Cain leads the GOP field by an astounding 20%.
From Yahoo News: In news sure to inject shock and awe into the Republican political primary season, a Zogby poll released Thursday showed Herman Cain leading the Republican field, topping former front-runner Mitt Romney by an astonishing 20 points. Cain would also narrowly edge out Obama in a general election, the poll found, by a 46“44 margin.
Romney, the former Massachusetts governor, would lose by a point to the president, 40percent to 41 percent. Texas governor Rick Perry, who has slipped in the polls of late, would lose to the president 45 percent to 40 percent.
The poll found that 38 percent of Republican primary voters said they would vote for Cain if the primary were held today. Eighteen percent said they would throw their support to Romney, while 12 percent each said they would vote for Perry and Texas congressman Ron Paul. No other candidate attracted double-digit support.

I like Herman Cain but I thought he may be too conservative. But with the rest of the GOP falling way short, it is better to go conservative than RINO.
Perry's immigration policy and his signing an executive order mandating female immunizations turn me off of Perry.
Romney has Romney Care and his defense of it scares me along with his Mormon religion will turn people off of him, even though it shouldn't.
This leaves Cain, a business man who has turned companies around and who has real life experiences. He compares quite well against Obama. With Cain being black, this will throw liberals into a mind melt because it will show their hypocrisy when they compare Obama and Cain. Will the electorate accept a conservative black man? Well, it can't be any worse than a liberal black man, so I think they will.
So, maybe the GOP will nominate a conservative who knows business, knows how to around companies and is not tied down with bad luggage
It will be interesting.
