So far, Metro, Nye County and other police agencies have busted numerous pot grow houses and have found about 7 or more pot growing operations in the Spring Mountains. Not surprisingly, most if not all of those arrested/identified have Hispanic last names.
Sounds like one or more Mexican drug cartels have set up shop in Southern Nevada to plant, grow, harvest and then ship their illegal drugs throughout the country.
I wish good hunting/harvesting to Metro, Nye County and other local police agencies in Southern Nevada. I don't think they are getting much help from the DEA, so they are on their own and they are doing a good job finding the drug houses and drug fields. Good job men and women.
