Well, all good things come to an end as the Kansas Chief beat the Green Bay Packers 19-14.
The game wasn't even that close. The Chiefs blew 3 chances of 1st and goal inside the 5 yard line and ended up with 2 field goals. Kansas City dominated the Packers in every facet of the game- defense, offense, special teams and especially coaching.
The Packers obviously were playing conservative- in the first half, all they did was throw to the sidelines instead of down the middle.
The Packers defense were full of holes and they would have had problems bringing down Sister Helen from the Old Nun's Retirement Home. Charles Woodson was his usual horrendous self.
The Packers coaching staff did not prepare the team properly and did not make any adjustments during the game. And they coached conservatively, especially in the first half.
But Kansas City came to play and they did a good job with their team and deserved to win.
So, the Packers got their bad game out of the way and now concentrate on winning out the rest of the season. 15-1 and a Super Bowl win still sounds good.
