Knockout: Mayweather Gets 90 Days

From the LVRJ: Champion boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. on Wednesday was slapped with a 90-day jail sentence stemming from a 2010 domestic violence incident involving his children and their mother.
He is scheduled to report to jail on Jan. 6.
Mayweather, 34, was sentenced by Las Vegas Justice of the Peace Melissa Saragosa after he pleaded guilty to one count of battery-domestic violence and no contest to two counts of harassment.
"I think a period of time in incarceration will send the right message to the community and to his children that no matter who you are you will have consequences to your actions that are appropriate when this level of violence is inflicted," Saragosa said.
Saragosa sentenced Mayweather to six months in jail, 90 days of which must be spent in the Clark County Detention Center and 90 days which will be suspended.
