Why Isn't this Considered A Political Commercial

blowhard Al Sharpton is advertising something, maybe a TV show, I don't know. But in the commercial, he is ripping the GOP.
If a Democratic politician or private citizen ran a commercial like this, they would have to register and put disclaimers on the advertisement, stating that this was a political ad.
But because the blowhard/liar is doing the advertising for something, he apparently doesn't have to. Double standards?
Besides, who is stupid enough to listen to this big time liar?
