First, it was parking in a handicapped parking spot when Stephen Horsford is not handicapped.
And now this: Oh the bane of paperwork!
State Sen. Steven Horsford, D-Las Vegas, who is running to represent Nevada’s newest congressional district, seems to have overlooked filing his federal personal financial disclosure form.
Congressional candidates are required to detail their personal finances for the U.S. House Ethics Committee within 30 days of raising more than $5,000 for their campaign. Horsford reached that threshold in October last year but so far hasn’t filed the form.

Rules are for suckers as the Nevada Democratic has showed us over the the last couple of months and Stephen Horsford shows once again he thinks he is above the law.
