Parking Wars: I'M Glad I Don't Live In Detroit, Providence or Philadelphia

I watch Parking Wars on occasion and all I can say is that I'm glad I don't live in Detroit, Providence RI., Philadelphia or any other large urban area that has parking problems.
It seems that in those cities, the parking enforcers enjoy giving out parking tickets, mostly to get money out of the drivers to help the city's budget problems.
Here in Las Vegas, there are very few parking problems.  If you visit the Strip, you park at a casino, whether you spend money there or not.  If you visit downtown or Fremont St., same thing.  The only area where parking is tight is close to the County Court House or the jail, but if you don't mind walking a couple of blocks, you can still park on the street for free.
If you have go to the airport, many locals park in the Strip casinos for free and take a taxi or shuttle over to the airport.
In residential areas, there is no problem parking on the street if you don't have a garage and all apartment complexes have ample parking.  And parking in front of businesses on busy streets often pose few if any problems.  I don't know how many parking enforcers there are in the Valley but my guess, in the entire Valley, there are probably less than 20.
So, to those of you who live in cities with parking problems, you have my sympathy.  It's too bad those cities use you as extra piggy banks.
