Obama Just Doesn't Have A Clue

Most of the time, when you have a bad president in the United States, they generally are intelligent but their policies suck.
In President Obama's case, you have a president who is not very intelligent and his policies suck.
This article from The Weekly Standard shows that Obama is both stupid and his policies suck:
In an interview with Black Enterprise magazine, President Barack Obama blames state and local governments, as well as Congress, for over 14 percent black unemployment.  
"Black unemployment still stands at nearly 14%. How do you communicate that the economy is headed in the right direction?," the editor in chief of Black Enterprise asks Obama.
"Most economists will tell you that there is no doubt the economy has gotten stronger, but we are digging ourselves out a deep hole. There are a lot more things we could be doing. To get them done, we need cooperation of Congress. We got the payroll tax portion of [my American Jobs Act] done, but what we didn’t get done is the assistance I was proposing to the states to help them hire back teachers, firefighters, and first responders, because one of the weakest parts of this recovery has been state and local government hiring," Obama responds.
"Given the weaknesses of the construction industry, the American Jobs Act proposed that we rebuild schools, roads, bridges, airport, and ports. That would provide small businesses with opportunities as contractors and vendors in this rebuilding process. Again, Congress needs to act."
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, black unemployment in the month of July was at 14.1 percent.

First, Obama couldn't care less ab out Blacks and those living in the inner city.  when was the last time Obama has been in the inner city of a city?  Obama has had many chances to visit poverty stricken areas in the Las Vegas Valley when he has visited here, but instead he chooses to mid- to upper class neighborhoods, so he couldn't care less about what happens in poor areas of towns.
And if Obama thinks that by hiring a few teachers, cops and firefighters is going to solve minority unemployment problems shows how stupid he is.  In each major city, you are talking about 50 to maybe a couple hundred  people at best being hired for these positions over a years time.  And these job opportunities are not open just to minorities, they are also open to those evil white males white males.  Finally, even if a person is hired for these positions, it takes months to get a person hired.  With the exception of teachers, they have to undergo a physical and written tests, a psychological exam, interviews and background checks just to get to a fire or police academy.  Once again, Obama shows his stupidity.
And most of the people who have been laid off as a cop, teacher or firefighter have been white, as whites are the ones who dominate those professions.
And of course, none of this is not Obama's fault, is it?
