Gas, Milk Prices, Poor Hurt The Most

Recently, gas prices in the Las Vegas area have risen about 10 cents above what they were for Memorial Day.  Why?
Milk prices have risen about 10 cents a gallon as well.  Why?
Of course, the poor are hurt the most.
