Not Good Planning

From the Houston Chronicle:
A burglary suspect was shot by a homeowner in Spring early Sunday.
The homeowner, an agent for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, fired at the suspect when he entered his house to search for valuables, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
The suspect fled in a white car. Harris County Precinct 4 constables stopped the car near Kuykendahl and FM 1960.
The suspect was wounded in the arm and transported to the hospital in good condition.  http://www.chron.com/news/houston-texas/houston/article/ATF-agent-shoots-would-be-robber-at-his-Spring-4603648.php
Rule #1 if you are going to rob a house: know who you are going to rip off.  If they a ATF agent, it's best to skip them and go to an old lady's house.

  1. The agent needs to go back to the range - the guy is still alive to sue him!
