Who's More Racist: Food Network Or Paula Deen?

Not The Real Racist
Something has been bothering me about the whole Food Network vs Paula Deen, in which the Food Network is not extending Deen's contract because she used the N-word a gazillion years ago.
As someone who does watch the Food Network with my wife frequently, 2 things occurred to me:
1. The Food Network is a very liberal TV network.  They suck up to the Obama administration and has members of the Obama administration on their shows, along with Michele Obama.
The Food Network is also very gay friendly and you are not likely to see to many of their employees or contestants appear at any Tea Party conventions any time soon.
2.  You rarely see any Blacks on their shows, especially Black males.  You probably as many Blacks on their network as Black players in the NHL or Black drivers in NASCAR.
For example:
"Chopped" is their most popular show and you rarely see any Black contestants, further, there is only 1 judge who makes rare appearances on the show, Marcus Samuelsson, and he was raised in Sweden.  The host is also white.
Their other popular show, Iron Chef America, has no Black Iron Chefs, rarely any Black Sous Chefs (chef assistants) rarely has a Black contestant or judges.
On the Food Network web site for the network's chef's, out of 32 chefs, only 3 are Black and two are a couple, so only 2 pictures are of Blacks.  http://www.foodnetwork.com/chefs/index.html  The two shows with Black hosts look like they are the second coming of the Cosby show.
So, one of three things are happening:
1.There are very few Black chefs in America.
2.  Very few Black chefs want their own cooking show on the Food Network
or
3.  The Food Network is racist.

I vote for #3 as there many Black chefs in the United States and many in Las Vegas and I am sure some of them would give up being a chef in a restaurant to be star of their own cooking show.
We have seen how liberals hate Black people, especially those who are conservative.  They also don't like Blacks by the way they treat the poor ones.  Keeping them enslaved and indebted to the government through meager welfare and food stamp payments.
So, big deal if Paula Deen, who is an old lady of the South used the N-word 40 years ago, the real racism is still occurring and it is occurring at the Food Network.
