Today, Wal-Mart paid out hundreds of millions of dollars to it's employees in stores who met certain goals.
The employees at the store I used to work got about $370 for full time employees and I got over $300.
And why should Wal-Mart unionize?

you are for union or against?
ReplyDeleteWhen I worked at Wal-Mart, I was against Wal-Mart unionizing. There would be no benefit for unionizing the employees at union. I have belonged to teacher unions in Wisconsin and Nevada. In Wisconsin, I pretty much had to join the union. In Nevada, you almost need to be long to the union with the way some, not all, management treat their employees as the management team try and to move up their career ladder.
