As a person who loves good BBQ- ribs and chicken, I always want to find a good place to eat. In Wisconsin, there was Smokey Jon's in Madison and Speed Queen BBQ in Milwaukee.
In Las Vegas, I have gone to Memphis BBQ (hated it) and Famous Dave's (liked it but quite expensive for the amount of food you get) Talking to co-workers, I never got a sense there is a good BBQ place in town.
So, are there any good BBQ places in the Las Vegas Valley?

Ellis Island BBQ and Brewery is in a divey little casino behind the strip. Cheap food and cheap beer - and long lines so you know it is good.
