If the Obama Care provision of mandating everyone must have insurance is found constitutional, what else can the federal government make you purchase? Perhaps cars from Government Motors(GM)? Can they force us to buy certain foods? Can they force us to go to a certain college? Or can they force us to purchase certain newspapers or get our news from certain news channels?
And if they can't, why not?
Question 2: Why are illegal immigrants exempt from this provision?
