We made it back from Disneyland around noon today and it was a great time had by all. No one got hurt or arrested, at least not with our school, and Disneyland did a fantastic job for the seniors that attended. I was very impressed with how the Disneyland employees treated my student with severe disabilities and cannot talk, with respect. They didn't ignore him and many talked to him like they knew him all along. You just don't see that in the world today.
So, congratulations, Disney, you did a great job.
When we left Disney, it was about 60 degrees and humid, at least by Las Vegas standards. We came back and it is already 100 degrees outside. The high today will be about 103 and tomorrow will be 107. And there is still a lot of snow on top of Mount Charleston.
Now it is time to go to sleep.
