From the El Paso Times: "A 32-year-old Mexican man has died after being shocked by a stun gun during a confrontation with Border Patrol agents at a California border crossing, officials said Tuesday.
Anastasio Hernandez died Monday at a hospital in Chula Vista, south of San Diego, days after he was shocked at San Isidro, U.S. and Mexican officials said.
Mexico's Foreign Relations Department on Tuesday condemned the use of force against Hernandez."...U.S. Customs and Border Protection spokeswoman Jacqueline Dizdul alleges Hernandez became combative with agents who were preparing to hand him over to Mexican officials in Tijuana late Friday after he entered the United States illegally.
After he ignored repeated orders to stop fighting, one of the Border Patrol officers shocked him with a stun gun to subdue him and protect agents, she said
Those awful Border Patrol then did this: Paramedics were notified immediately and Hernandez was taken to the hospital, Dizdul said. The Border Patrol also worked to allow several of his family members into the United States to be with him.

So, we have an illegal. He fights going back into Mexico. To protect themselves, the Border Patrol stuns him with a stun gun. He goes down and is given aide immediately. He is taken to the hospital and the Border Patrol brings members of his family to his bedside. And then Mexico condemns the U.S. actions? Is this crazy or what?
The Border Patrol acted with restraint with this thug. But it is certain one thing could have saved this thug's life. Not entering the U.S. illegally.
