Once Again, The Las Vegas Sun Does Not Get it

Once again, the Las Vegas Sun editorial writers just don't understand the American people. In an editorial today, they pontificated about the oil spill in the Gulf. They did the usual Bush bashing, never mentioned that the regulators liked Internet surfing for porn while on duty and other problems in the agency.
But the one sentence that really stood out is this: "President Barack Obama and his administration have come under increased criticism for their response because no one has been able to stop the spill." http://www.lasvegassun.com/news/2010/jun/04/hubris-gulf/
That is just utterly false and if the Sun actually believes it, then they just plain stupid. People are pissed at Obama because of the lack of clean up and not having the proper equipment in place and having the EPA overrule States and then change their mind. They are pissed at Obama and his cavalier attitude. They are pissed at him for sending the lawyers first instead of experts.
People are pissed at BP for not being able to fix the oil leak and they are pissed at Obama for the poor response the federal government has done so far. I don't know of many people who blaming Obama or even BP, for that matter, the lack of fixing the leak. I think most people are mature enough to understand this is a first time event and they are having problems capping the well.
So, once again, the Sun get's it editorial completely wrong and fail to understand the American people.
