Horrible Glenn Lerner TV CommercialIn Las Vegas

This is for those who live in Las Vegas and are bombarded by Glen Lerner's commercial.
Glenn Lerner is an ambulance chasing attorney who makes unethical lawyers look like saints. 2 years ago, he was sanctioned by a Clark County judge for missing/dissing a murder trial in which he was the defendent's attorney.
From the LVRJ: A District Court judge sanctioned personal injury attorney Glen Lerner on Friday for missing the first day of a client's murder trial in January.
District Judge Michelle Leavitt ordered Lerner, known in his law firm's advertisements as "Heavy Hitter," to pay $2,490 in jury fees and state costs and cover the attorney's fees for the new murder trial of his former client, Mario Lino.
Lino is now represented by the public defender's office.
Leavitt could have held Lerner in contempt and jailed him.
Appearing in court in a blue suit, Lerner apologized profusely for missing the Jan. 22 trial date and took full responsibility for the mistake.
In contrast to his often humorous commercials, Lerner was subdued throughout the hearing.....
She said she was angry at the lack of respect Lerner showed the court when he failed to show up to the January trial. She also was miffed that a few days before the trial, Lerner left a message on a prosecutor's voice-mail saying the judge could sanction him for missing the trial if she wanted to, but he wasn't returning to Las Vegas from Pennsylvania, where he was on a "sabbatical."
Leavitt called the incident "surreal."
Lerner said the voice-mail was part of his tough negotiating strategy but conceded it was a lot of "huff and puff."
"I was posturing, I am way too old to be leaving silly messages like that," he said.
Lino, 41, has been in the county jail since May. He is accused of killing a man he suspected was having an affair with his wife. Lino faces a possible life sentence.

Lerner is also known for his very irritating commercials on TV and the radio, but in his latest commercial, Lerner crosses the line in taste, not that Lerner has any taste to begin with.
It shows a man answering the phone as a 911 telephone operator. He starts out saying "911 operator, what is your emergency". Then the operator is informed that is a car accident and the 911 operator then asks if the "victim" wants a Glen Lerner app for their cell phone. They then say you can video the accident scene, describe what happened and collect witnesses names. The "victim" is a young female who is made out to be a dim wit. The announcer answers the phone and mention the aps 3 times in the 30 second commercial.
For me, the commercial degrades 911 operators everywhere and there are some people who are stupid enough to be swayed by this commercial. (Just look at all the Obama voters- nah, just kidding)
But Lerner just goes over the line with his degrading commercials using fake 911 operators and he should pull the commercials.

  2. Glen Lerner Injury Attorneys include others like him. David Smith, Justin Randall, Scott Guido and others. They are mentored by the Master of Deception and Lies. They take money from victims of accidents and the victims is worse off than if he/she did not get an attorney. Google Reviews, Complaints, http://www.Ripoffreports the Sun, the Review Journal and all Complaint Sites. Any good word about Glen Lerner and his "injury" attorneys is uploaded by himself or his paid staff. Rumor has that he is "trying" to clean up his name but he is not making restitution to the ones from which he has stolen there money, left them without further medical treatment and funds for restoration, which the insurance did pay. It is said that he groups the insurance companies and sells his clients in a "bulk" sale and pays $1000. to $15,000. depending on the victim...if the victim is not aware of the law, then Lerner takes the money.
