Right now, Las Vegas Fire and Rescue is on the scene of a very bad accident on Cheyenne and Hualapai in the northwest part of the city. Apparently, 2 people have died in the crash at the scene.
2 cars were involved, based on scanner reports and both cars needed to have the firefighter use heavy equipment to get the victims out of the cars.
A helicopter has been sent to scene but was turned around. There were 4 people transported to the hospitals via ambulance in critical condition- 3 adults and 1 child and all are going to UMC Trauma.
Sucks this happened and especially on Christmas day.
