Another Reason Why I Don't Care If criminal Thugs Get Shot

99.9% of the time, when a criminal thug gets shot by the cops it is completely justified and this is 1 reason why I don't care:
From Fox News: A plainclothes officer for the New York Police Department was reportedly in critical condition Saturday after reportedly being shot in the head and chest by a man police approached on suspicion of carrying a gun.
The New York Post reported that the anti-crime officer based in Queens was on duty when he was shot at approximately 6:15 p.m. in the head and chest. 

A suspect was taken into custody late Saturday after a heavy police presence in which officers could be seen walking on roofs and searching house by house in backyards and under cars with flashlights

An NYPD spokesman confirmed to Fox News that an officer was shot and taken to a nearby hospital, but wouldn’t confirm where he was shot or what condition the officer was in. I would rather see a cop go home to his family than a thug who runs from or attacks cops.
