From the Las Vegas Sun: “The Hangover” stars Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms and Zach Galifianakis, along with Las Vegas resident Mike Tyson, will be filming the third installment of their box-office smash series here. Just like the first film, scenes will be shot for “The Hangover, Part 3” on and off the Strip and at Caesars Palace.
Director Todd Phillips reportedly will shoot much of the new -- and final -- episode in Tijuana and L.A. Vegas DeLuxe has already reported that the storyline will find the boys rescuing their troubled friend from a mental hospital. http://www.lasvegassun.com/news/2012/jun/04/strip-scribbles-hangover-3-film-lv-gordons-new-che/?ae
Robin Leach also reports about Chef Gordon Ramsey:
Season 10 of fiery chef Gordon Ramsay’s “Hell’s Kitchen”
begins with a two-night premiere tonight and Tuesday with one of the 18
contestants winning the head chef position at the just-opened Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas.
Hotel President David Hoenemeyer told me Sunday
night that it’s been sold out every night since opening, and
reservations are stretching out days in advance and that they’re unable
to accommodate everybody. The grand-prize winner will work under
executive Chef Kevin Hee. The second-to-last episode
is filmed in the “Jersey Boys” showroom at the Paris, with the final
segment in the L.A. kitchen studio.
Ramsey opened up his new "Steak" restaurant a few weeks ago and it sounds like Ramsey will open 1 more restaurant in Las Vegas. It will be interesting to see how the restaurant is working out a year from now. I am sure some people are going because the restaurant will be on TV or they hope to see Gordon Ramsey or they want to try something new. After the excitement wears off, it will be interesting to see how "Steak" will compete against all the other steak restaurants in town.
