Electric Daisy Carival Halted At LVMS

Wow, there are about 115,000 people over at the Electric Daisy Carnival at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway with nothing to do as the Carnival was stopped because of high winds.
From the LVRJ:  Fans at the Electric Daisy Carnival waited for official word to see if the show would go on early Sunday morning after high winds stopped performances at the festival. The official website for the event indicated that fan safety was being assessed and a final decision is pending.
The temporary shutdown early Sunday morning sent fans to the grandstands at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway and stages were shut down in the middle of performances.
Stages for three-night festival were shut down just before 1 a.m.
It was unclear if organizer Insomniac Events stopped the show, or if officials ordered the shutdown.
High winds collapsed a stage in Indiana last summer, killing five people and injuring dozens at the Indiana State Fair.
News of the shutdown spread quickly on Twitter. Reports described a "sandstorm" at the site. Weather reports indicated winds over 30 mph as a cold front moved south through the Las Vegas Valley.

With the fight disgrace on the Strip and now this, Las Vegas is not having a very good night.
