Fed's Really Piling On This Lady

Apparently, the Feds are quite embarrassed by letting a person throw a shoe at the Hildebeast that they re-arrested the lady to bring her to Las Vegas.
From the LVRJ:
The woman accused of throwing a shoe at Hillary Clinton during a speaking engagement in Las Vegas last week has been arrested in Phoenix on federal charges.
The U.S. Secret Service filed a criminal complaint against Alison Michelle Ernst in Las Vegas on Sunday charging her with with two misdemeanor counts — trespassing on a restricted building or grounds and violence against a person in a restricted building or grounds.
Natalie Collins, a spokeswoman for the Nevada U.S. attorney’s office, said Ernst was arrested Monday night in Phoenix, where she lives.
According to court records, Ernst appeared briefly Tuesday afternoon before a federal magistrate judge in Phoenix and was ordered to remain in custody and transported to Las Vegas by U.S. marshals to face the misdemeanor charges.
Ernst, 36, signed a document asserting her Fifth and Sixth Amendment rights to remain silent and not to talk to federal agents outside the presence of her court-appointed lawyer.
She was originally charged by Las Vegas police with misdemeanor disorderly conduct and later released.  http://www.reviewjournal.com/news/las-vegas/woman-accused-hurling-shoe-hillary-clinton-arrested-phoenix-returned-las-vegas
This shows the stupidity of the Secret Service and the Attorney General's office.  Why didn't they keep her in Las Vegas instead of allowing her to leave Vegas and return home to Phoenix?
Further, she is charged with 2 fictitious minor misdemeanors, so why isn't she granted bail?
These are trumped up Federal charges.  She should be tried in State court because the "victim" is a private citizen and the building is, for all intents and purposes, is a public building and certainly not a Federal building.
I think the Secret Service is embarrassed that this lady was able to get a shoe thrown at Clinton because it certainly could have been worse.  And because the SS was embarrassed, they are taking their wrath against this woman.
