The news yesterday evening and this morning yelled about a hate crime in North Carolina when 3 muslims were killed by an atheist.
Well, that "hate crime" was nothing more that an argument over a parking place.
From Fox News: The murder of three North Carolina college students was motivated by an ongoing dispute over a parking space, despite widespread speculation the victims were targeted by an avowed atheist because of their Muslim faith, police said.
Craig Stephen Hicks, 46, was charged with three counts of first-degree murder after turning himself in to police in Chapel Hill overnight. So, no it was not a hate crime.
No, a Christian white man did not kill them.
And no, these muslims are not going to heaven and get 72 virgins.
But is seems like there is more outrage over these murders than when a muslim kills an American in a terrorist attack.
