What About Porn?

The TSA is going to be blocking Internet access to it's employees, starting July 1st. From CBS News: "It states that as of July 1, TSA employees will no longer be allowed to access five categories of websites that have been deemed "inappropriate for government access."
The categories include: • Chat/Messaging
• Controversial opinion
• Criminal activity
• Extreme violence (including cartoon violence) and gruesome content
• Gaming"

I have no problem if the TSA wants to block certain web sites. Employees are supposed to be working, not playing on the computer.
However, why have they not taken pornography off the list? Why? I guess we can't deprive little TSA agent Johnny or Jenny Brown from playing with themselves during work time, now can we?

  1. Perhaps they already had a policy forbidding porn surfing at work.

  2. When I googled it, nothing came up.
But considering that other agencies allow porn, why should the TSA be any different? And with all the problems with porn and federal employees, you would think that would be a point of emphasis.
